the breakfast was yummy and the place was very clean. located in a beautiful area. decent base for exploring ambleside.

Excellent location, free parking. We got room with WiFi and TV set - good value. After the arrival, we met owner, who was FRIENDLY. There's Luigi's Restaurant within 5 minutes walk or so, really loved their menu.
